How are your customers deciding that your product is the right fit for their needs? Are you sending them direct mailers? Email marketing? Putting QR codes on the product packaging? Gasp -- looking in the yellow pages?
There are tons of things you can be doing as a marketer to reach prospective buyers, but are consumers seeing value in them?
I'd argue that yes, there are a lot of positive effects to the traditional marketing channels. You obviously can't ignore them. However, a lot of buyers are leveraging social proofing as a critical step in the buying process, which is what this installment of In a Minute is all about.
